As reliability is prime importance for any manufacturer, we have commitment to quality assurance. Fans quality is controlled through a pre-developed quality assurance plan, approved by respective clients;  and all the documentation done through physical verification and tests. Every fan impeller is dynamically balanced and the blower is tested for discharge, pressure, vibration, sound level, etc. as per the customer’s requirement.

For all fabricated components, non destructive testing is conducted based on design requirements. These include dye penetration, magnetizing particles, ultra sound and x-ray. we are equipped with all testing facilities, including balancing machine and all instruments necessary for maintaining quality system.
